Est. 2024a SeedCraft venture

The home forgrowth teams ingames and apps.

Representation for the talent, recruitment for the studios, and a job board that's free for both.

Where we placed growth hires

The difference

Represented, not searched.

A recruitment agency runs searches. They don't know the people they're finding for you; they go and look. A talent agent represents specialists directly. Everyone on the lineup is someone we already work with. Ask us for an intro and you're talking to them the same week.

  • Job's done at placement
  • You brief them; they go find people

Talent agent

  • Represents specialists directly
  • Flat monthly fee, paid by the studio
  • Indefinite representation, both sides

How it works

How it works.

Recruitment agencies run searches. We represent people directly, so you don't need to. Look at the lineup, tell us who to introduce you to, and take the call. If it's a fit, you contract with them.

Get in touch

Have a look at the lineup.

Filter by role, discipline, or availability. Every profile is someone we currently represent.

Tell us who to introduce you to.

Once someone catches your eye, request an intro through their profile. We reply the same day and set up the call that week.

Meet the specialist.

One call. You and the person doing the work. We don't sit in.

You contract with the specialist.

Day rate, hours, scope, you and the specialist agree it directly. We invoice a flat monthly fee for the engagement. Simple.

The relationship keeps running.

When the engagement ends, the specialist stays on the lineup. Need the next one, same process.

Principles

How we hold ourselves.

Talent doesn't pay for representation.

The specialist keeps 100% of what they earn. Studios pay us a flat monthly fee; the talent side never sees an invoice from us.

We work for both sides.

A recruiter's job is done when someone gets hired. Ours is done when the specialist wants to come back to the lineup and the studio wants to work with us again.

Indefinite representation.

Once a specialist is on the lineup, they stay on it. We keep the relationship warm between engagements and open the next round when the current one wraps.
